Synopsis

Down-on-their-luck brothers Lars and Ernie Smuntz are not impressed with the crumbling old mansion they inherit from their father — until they discover it is actually worth millions. Before they can cash in, they must first evict the estate’s one stubborn tenant: a tiny but remarkably cunning mouse who has absolutely no intention of leaving. From simple mousetraps to a deranged professional exterminator, the brothers go to increasingly wild extremes in their battle of wits against the wily little rodent — in this hilarious slapstick comedy the whole family will enjoy.
