Schwaben Meats Cooked Meatloaf is a traditional German-style Leberkäse made from finely ground pork and beef, seasoned with mild spices, and baked to perfection. It has a smooth texture and savoury flavour, ideal for slicing and serving hot or cold.
Ingredients: Pork shoulder, beef chuck, back fat (pork), onion, salt, white pepper, marjoram, nutmeg, cardamom, coriander, garlic.
Allergens: Produced in a facility that uses cow’s milk, soya, gluten (wheat).
Storage: Keep refrigerated below 5º. Once opened, consume within 3 days.
