The Yellow Label pasta by Sgambaro is made with Marco Aurelio wheat, a premium Italian durum wheat selected after 15 years of research. Known for its exceptional quality and performance, it is sourced exclusively from Italy, ensuring traceability and a secure, local origin. The pasta is slow-processed with gentle bronze wire drawing and long drying at low temperatures to preserve its sensory properties, resulting in a high-quality pasta with a distinctive yellow hue and the taste of sunshine on your plate.
