With the launch of WorldCart Online Mall V2.0 on 1 November 2023 all free deliveries have been suspended irrespective of the shopping / cart value. A re-introduction will be re-considered from time to time.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, arriving at their destination as a single shipment within 1 and 5 business days, depending on the location of the stock within South Africa.
The delivery to one of the 3 200 Pick-Up Points is outsourced to PARGO and the delivery will take effect to one of the designated Pick-Up Points as selected by the Customer during check-out.
Door-to-door delivery is undertaken by various local and national courier and transport companies.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Unless specific delivery fees apply to selected items the following estimates apply:

Shipment Destinations
There are no shipments to any PO Box address, only to pre-defined Pick-up Points (PuP) at existing commercial outlets through PARGO (www.pargo.co.za) or to valid street addresses anywhere in the country through various reputable, local and national couriers and transport companies.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
The customer will receive a confirmation once the shipment has left the WorldCart warehouse as well as a further notification once it arrives at the selected PuP or a link to track the shipment on its way from door to door.
Value-added Tax
All product prices advertised are free of value-added tax under the Value-added Tax Act, Act No.89 of 1991 as amended until such time WorldCart Online Mall is registered for VAT.
Damages
WorldCart Online Mall is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Products are only shipped within the borders of the Republic of South Africa. Shipping of goods and products across border may be arranged individual and special shipping rates apply.
